Changing a Replacement Parker 45 fountain pen nib.
Replacement Parker 45 nibs are now available in extra fine from Penbox in addition to fine, medium and broad. The Parker 45 fountain pen nib is an easy nib to change and we’ve included a video to help illustrate the procedure. Limited Edition Montegrappa Chaos Fountain Pen
Montegrappa are to produce a pen inspired and designed by company brand ambassador and movie icon, Sylvester Stallone. The “Chaos” pen will be fashioned from precious materials and produced in limited numbers. The body of the pen is made of black pearlised celluloid with overlays in sterling silver or solid 18 carat gold. Overlays are finished by hand and feature an antiqued finish with accents in translucent enamel. The design is characterized by the juxtaposition of life and death; the former represented by the early forms of life on Earth: reptiles (such as snakes and lizards), the latter by the skull.
The Montegrappa Chaos pen will be available in a limited edition of 1,000 fountain pens and 912 roller balls in sterling silver. Additionally, 100 fountain pens and 100 roller balls in solid 18K gold and 10 fountain pens and 10 roller balls in solid 18K gold with precious stones will be available. Changing a Parker Duofold nib.
This Penbox video illustrates that replacement Parker Duofold fountain pen nibs are supplied as a complete nib unit (nib, feed and section). The replacement nib unit just screws directly into the pen’s barrel. New into stock in the Penbox pen shop are the all new Porsche Design P’3125 Slim Line writing instruments from Porsche Pens. Characterized by a geometric, cylindrical design, these pens are reminiscent of the Classic line, Porsche Design’s first range of pens from the 1970’s. Their sleek elegance lines are crafted in palladium-plated brass, decorated with a milled groove pattern and the pocket clips are made from a special copper alloy renowned for its strength and flexibility. The P’3125 Slim Line fountain pen has a rhodium-plated 18K gold nib. Interestingly, the pocket clip on the ballpoint pen and pencil retracts into the barrel when they are in use and an integrated knob on the barrel stops the pens from rolling off your desk. Penbox are now stocking the new Black and Titanium P’3105 Porsche Design Pure fountain pens. The stainless steel Pure Black fountain pen is finished in a robust matt black coating using the PVD process (physical vapour deposition): this process causes the condensation of a matt black coating of metal nitrides, which also protects the pen against external influences. The pocket clip is milled from solid steel. The fountain pen is supplied with a matt black figural paperweight in the shape of a Porsche 911 car. Whilst the Pure Titanium fountain pen is limited to 200 pieces worldwide. The limited status being clearly shown with an engraved edition number on the the end of the fountain pen. The barrel is milled from a solid block of titanium, creating a truly unique writing tool. Both the P’3105 Black Pure and P’3105 Limited Edition Titanium Pure fountain pens have a rhodium plated 18 carat solid gold nib. The Pure Black pen is available with an extra fine, fine, medium or broad nib, whilst the LE Pure Titanium is only available with a medium nib. Limited Edition Montegrappa Bruce Lee Pen

The new Limited Edition Montegrappa Bruce Lee Fountain Pen honours both the 70th anniversary of Bruce Lee’s birth, while also marking 15 years since the 1995 release of Montegrappa’s Dragon pen. One of Montegrappa’s most acclaimed limited editon pens, the Dragon pen is now highly sought after. The new edition, readily distinguishable from its predecessor, makes the Dragon available to a new generation of pen enthusiasts. Resembling the original, the new pen has been distinguished from the 1995 release by a change in design of the pocket clip, a new colour, the detail of the Dragon’s tail, the fountain pen nib and the top of the cap. The Dragon Bruce Lee limited edition pen features a body and cap made of red celluloid with black veining and decorating the top of the cap is the yin-yang symbol, representing balance. The cap and the barrel are both embraced by dragons, their eyes highlighted by rubies on the sterling silver versions and by precious stones on the fully encrusted versions.
