P’3135 Porsche Design Solid Fountain Pen
The P’3135 Solid fountain pen is the latest addition to the writing tool sable of the luxury brand Porsche Design. As the name implies the P’3135 Solid is machined from a single piece of titanium, which has then been polished and plasma coated with a scratch proof coating. The pen has an 18crt gold (rhodium plated) integrated nib that is available in a choice of fine, medium or broad. The pen can use bottled ink or ink cartridges and is filled by pressing a concealed button at the end of the pen and rotating the end piece to release and withdraw the ink magazine. An aluminium sleeve supplied with the pen acts as a harbour for the P’3135 Porsche Design Solid Fountain Pen when it is not in use for extended periods.

Visconti are celebrating their 25th year with the production of a range of limited edition watches available in three collections. The collections are Elegance, Image and Sport and each of the finishes are available in two versions, one that shows the time and date, which is called the Up to Date, and one that displays two time zones, which they have called the GMT. All of the watches are individually numbered and limited to 250 pieces. We were displaying the Visconti Sport watch featured in the top image in the shop for a short time before it jumped out at one of our customers and he decided to purchase it. The Montegrappa Salvador Dali fountain pen is the latest addition to the Genio Creative series from Montegrappa, following the Stradivari in 2007 and the Modigliani in 2008. Inspired by the work of the surrealist artist Salvador Dali and featuring miniature manifestations of his art work, the Montegrappa Salvador Dali pen has a figural elephant with its elongated legs running the length of the barrel. The sold silver and blue and pearl version is limited to 1000 fountain pens and 989 rollerballs. The pen is also available in solid gold.
