Porsche Design Pen Refills
Yes! These are Porsche Design Pen Refills.
In 2012 The Porsche Design Group and the writing instrument specialist Pelikan International Corporation agreed a collaboration agreement and as a result of this Pelikan now provide pen refills for Porsche pens. Porsche Design was founded in 1972 by Ferdinand Alexander Porsche and is a luxury brand with a particular focus on technically inspired products. The P’3100 series of Porsche Design pen refills and the full range of their pens can be viewed in the Penbox shop or on our website.

Waterman Perspective Nib
Waterman Perspective Nib
Why Waterman amended the threaded section on the Waterman Perspective nib unit we don’t know. However, we do know that the earlier version had a short threaded section and the later version has a longer (lengthened) threaded section (see the image above). This means that having ordered a Perspective nib from Penbox we will enquire with the customer to qualify which version is required. The nibs can be purchased here in both silver or gold plated finishes.
London Pen Show 2012
London Pen Show 2012
This year the London Pen Show is to be held at the Holiday Inn, Coram Street, Bloomsbury, London, on Saturday the 6th October. This is the first time the event has been held on a Saturday and therefore Penbox will be unable to attend as we will be busy in the shop. We have attended the pen show for the last ten years whilst it has been on a Sunday and next year we hope to be exhibiting as usual – be it on a Saturday or Sunday. However, we have always got a display of pens from Parker, Waterman, Sheaffer, Porsche Design, Montegrappa, Visconti, Omas, Delta, Aurora, Lamy, Pelikan, Pilot, Caran d’Ache, Graf von Faber Castell, S T Dupont, Cross, Diplomat, Conway Stewart, Onoto and Yard O Led in the pen shop. So all though we cannot be at the WES London Pen Show this year we invite enquiries on any of the prestige pen brands above. And to anyone going to the London Writing Equipment Show 2012, hope you find that elusive item and make some cash savings.

Montegrappa Ferrari Pen
Limited Edition Montegrappa Ferrari Pen
The limited edition Montegrappa Ferrari fountain pen from 2004 in yellow and silver above was recently sourced from Montegrappa and supplied by Penbox. We understand this pen was the last of this limited edition in this finish and one of only 800 pieces in yellow and silver. The full details of these Ferrari limited edition pens are:
- 1350 fountain pens in sterling silver and red lacquer.
- 750 rollerball pens in sterling silver and red lacquer.
- 250 ballpoint pens in sterling silver and red lacquer.

Through out the later part of last year and the first quarter of 2012 Diamine added addition colours to their range of inks. Bringing the total colors available to one hundred! Having historically retailed Diamine ink we were always intending to add the new inks, and have now found the time to add them to our selection for your consideration.
