Pelikan M800 Stone Garden
New from Pelikan and now at Penbox is the latest special edition Pelikan M800 Stone Garden fountain pen and matching ballpoint pen. This pen looked to have a very attractive finish in the pre launch media pack images issued to retailers, and now having taken delivery at the shop we can confirm that the media images were not misleading, and that the marbled barrel, dark blue cap, filling actuation knob, and nib section on the fountain pen combine to result in a fascinating finish. The 18k two tone nib comes in a choice of grades.

If you are looking for a replacement nib for your Waterman Carene fountain pen, at Penbox we have a wide selection of Waterman’s 18k Carene nib units to suit most users. Choose from EF, F, M, B, OF (oblique fine), OB (oblique broad) or stub. Above is a sample of the finishes and nib grades of this semi inlaid nib that we have available online or from our pen shop. As they are supplied as a complete front end, replacement Waterman Carene nibs just screw into the barrel of the fountain pen when changing. These 18k nibs come in a gold or silver finish depending upon the finish of the pen.

Classic M205 Pelikan Transparent Blue
The special edition Classic M205 Demonstrator Transparent Blue fountain pen was first produced in 2009. In 2016 Pelikan produced the fountain pen with an amended finial with platinum detail on the top of the pen cap which matches the cap lip band and the pocket clip. The transparent blue barrel is the same to allow a view of the workings of this piston filling fountain pen from Pelikan. The stainless steel nib is currently available in EF, F and M. Penbox now have some more stock of this Classic M205 demonstrator from Pelikan.

The New Special Edition M815 Metal Striped Pelikan Souveran at Penbox.
The special edition Souveran M815 Metal Striped offers a new level of sophistication. The combination of high quality resin combined with palladium plated stripes of brass running the length of the barrel together radiate a refined elegance. The inlaid metal stripes on the barrel gives a special appearance to this fountain pen and continue the striped design element typical of the Souveran pen range. The brass material used as base material for the barrel adds weight and a higher quality feel to the pen compared to standard fountain pens. All in all this special edition sets itself above others with its combination of material elements and design.
The rings and the clip are palladium plated and the single tone 18k nib is rhodium plated. A choice of nib grades are available to suit your preferred line width. Limited to 180 pieces worldwide will make this a rare fountain pen and a joy to own and use. M600 Pelikan Souveran Turquoise
The new Special Edition M600 Pelikan Souveran Turquoise fountain pen is now on display in the Penbox pen shop.
The turquoise and white cellulose acetate barrel and cap have been accented with with a 24k plated pocket clip and trim, and the fountain pen is fitted with a 14k gold two tone nib which is available in a choice of extra fine, fine, medium and broad nib grades. A matching ballpoint pen is also an option.
This special edition Pelikan is available from March 2018.

Vintage Pencils
Occasionally we have items brought into the shop by customers that they are looking to sell, and the vintage pencils above are the result of one such visit. The pencil at the top is a Sampson Mordan in sterling silver and dates from the late 19th century, and the pencil below is a magic pencil with no maker’s marks. Both items are in very good condition with good working mechanisms. They have now been included on our vintage pencils web pages.

New from Pelikan in October 2017, the Special Edition M605 Pelikan Souveran White Transparent fountain pen and ballpoint pen is the latest interpretation of the classic Pelikan Souveran from the Pelikan Pen Company. We think that the white – transparent barrel and all white cap in unison with the palladium trim and 18k/rhodium nib create an invigorating contemporary look. These pens are supplied in a special edition gift box.
