For Sheaffer’s 100th anniversary in 2013 Sheaffer pens produced a series of limited edition fountain pens decorated with images to their barrels and caps depicting key events and personalities from Sheaffer’s history between 1913 – 2013. They also produced a lavishly illustrated book to document one hundred years of Sheaffer history and advertising material (ISBN 978-0-615-81783-5). In anticipation of this event in 2011 the Sheaffer Pen Company also opened a museum to feature exhibits illustrating 100 years of Sheaffer pen development, production and advertising material. The book, the limited edition Centennial and Anniversary fountain pens helped to celebrate this land mark in their history.
